Pam Villegas

Pam Villegas is originally from Mexico City and now based on the Riviera Maya, where she runs the operational backbone of Heron Real Estate. With over a decade in client-facing roles — including more than five years in administrative coordination and operations — she brings the structure and follow-through that turns intention into execution.

Before joining Heron in December 2025, Pam represented beachfront developments and coordinated operations for several developments in the region, building a working fluency in the local market and the practical realities of how transactions move forward.

At Heron, she works directly alongside Jana on transaction coordination, broker communication, and the day-to-day systems that keep each client process moving with precision. Her standard for service is exacting and personal: nothing reaches the client unless every detail behind it has been handled first, and every interaction is treated as part of the experience.

Pam works fluently in Spanish and English.
