Alexandra Velasco

Alexandra Velasco is a licensed Real Estate Advisor at Heron with six years in the Riviera Maya market. Originally from Oaxaca and based on the coast for over fifteen years, she brings a background most advisors don’t: she managed operations at a construction materials company here in Quintana Roo, working directly with ceiling systems, drywall, and premium finish brands used in the region’s developments.

In a market where build quality is often hidden behind the render, Alexandra can read a property beyond its finishes – how it was put together, what will hold up against humidity and salt air. It shapes how she evaluates inventory for her clients and what she flags before an offer is written.

Before real estate, Alexandra led the Finance department at the Secretaría de Turismo in Oaxaca and worked in guest relations and public relations across hospitality. The through-line across all of it is service – not as a slogan, but as a practice she chose deliberately after doing enough other work to know it’s what she loves to do.
